Peonies

I love my mom's garden. I love to go home and drink coffee on our porch with my mom and admire her flowers. The older I get, the more I enjoy these simple pleasures in life.


Anyway, now that I'm done writing this Hallmark card, just want to say I love peonies! They are hands down my favorite flowers. Lucas and I just spent the weekend in Asheville, NC where we visited the Biltmore Estate. There were so many peonies in the gardens that I could have just died happy right then. My mom has been working on her peonies for years now, and they are absolutely beautiful this year.
