Aretha's Hat

Where can I get a hat like Aretha Franklin wore when she sang at President Obama's inauguration?

Chanel

The Chanel Spring 2009 runway show in Paris featured amazing head pieces made entirely out of paper! Aren't they cool?

Carnations Made Pretty

Ohhhmygosh Eddie Ross really is fantastic. Look what he did with SUPERMARKET CARNATIONS - the world's most unpopular flowers maybe.

First he stacks 3 simple cake stands:

He bought floral foam, soaked it in water, and placed it on top of the cake stands:

He cut the stems of the carnations and arranged them into the foam:

And look at the final product:

He uses it as a mock cake, but I think it would be a really pretty centerpiece for a wedding shower! Eddie Ross is really so smart!

Eddie Ross

From Top Design on Bravo (which everyone knows is my favorite TV channel!). I love his taste because he designs on a budget with his thrifty flee-market style, which makes him very appealing to many different types of people. He has a blog too!

America's Cutest Couple

Doesn't their love make you love them even MORE?? It just radiates off of them.

An American in Paris

I am not a huge fan of Blake Lively, but I can't help but love this picture from Vanity Fair.

The Sartorialist

The Sartorialist is the first blog I ever followed, and it is still my favorite. His eye for style is amazing, and I almost always agree with him. His first book is underway, and I am so so so excited. I can't wait to put it on our coffee table!

This bike photo, is my favorite photo he has ever taken. I love everything about this photo.

Did you get lost in Amsterdam?

School is finally hitting me..and I don't like it. It makes me want to take the semester off and go to Amsterdam...

Once

Have you seen this movie? It's so cute. Lucas and I watched it, and it makes me smile every time I think about it. Also, the soundtrack is amazing!!!!
