Have you ever heard of Fire & Flavor? Well it is an Athens-based company started by a cute couple, who just happen to be UGA alums! We went by their warehouse the other day, and they generously gave us one of their cookbooks, Gourmet Made Simple! I have been trying to cook lately, and I love the recipes in this cookbook. I can't wait to try some of the recipes like: cucumber feta salsa, apple parmesan and mixed green salad with mustard vinaigrette, and rosemary white bean soup. Yum!
