I am in the midst of training for my first ever half marathon! These are the workouts for the week: 1 min run & 2 min walk - x6 3 min run & 2 min walk - x4 3 mile run 4 mile group run I'm half way through the week! It is fun and rewarding and I love feeling healthy!
