Napa Weekend

Lucas and Kristina ran the Napa Valley Marathon yesterday, so we made an entire weekend out of it. Kristina came into town on Thursday with her Mom and her Mom's BFF, Connie. It was sort of a girls weekend, plus our chauffeur, Lucas. :) We spent a few days in SF, where we did hot yoga, hit up Blue Barn and Philz, and visited Fort Point. We also saw Beach Blanket Babylon, which is a long-running music/comedy show in North Beach.
Then we headed up to Napa, which was rainy but so fun. We did tastings at Gargiulo Vineyards (our favorite!), Larkmead Vineyards, and Silver Oak Winery. We ate dinners at Mustards Grill and French Blue and had some casual lunches at Oakville Grocery. I'm always amazed at the quality of the food and wine in Napa - it's such a treat and feels like a vacation, even though it's only an hour from SF.
Yesterday, Lucas and Kristina ran the marathon like champs - they were inspiring and I kept getting teary eyed watching them run. I'm so proud of both of them!
I hope you all had an amazing weekend. Already counting down the days until my NYC trip with Kristina! xoxo
