This is a GENIUS idea! Anna Sui for Target is launching a line in September based on the 4 main female Gossip Girl characters: Blair, Serena, Vanessa, and Jenny. What a smart idea - I know I'LL be checking out the racks at Target come Fall. Check out the entire line here!
